Art Hub Havana is a community-based art studio and gallery. The work on our walls is local, and we offer classes and workshops for all ages. We believe art and art education are powerful tools for cultural engagement as well as ways to encourage participation in conversation and change.
We offer free art activities to local children as well as low-cost monthly memberships for emerging artist who want to take classes or need studio space to store their art making materials. Summer camp, paint & wine nights, a monthly open mic night, workshops, and guest artists are also in our wheelhouse! In the spirit of collaboration…if you have an idea for an event or class you would like to see in Havana, please get in touch with us!
Art Hub Havana also looks to partner with sponsors in exciting and engaging ways. If there is a special project you or your business would like to collaborate on and help fund, we welcome your vision and ideas.
My name is Danielle Henn, and I am the owner and director of Art Hub Havana. Havana is my hometown, and I am so honored to have this opportunity to give back to the community where I grew up. I’m a local artist and art educator currently pursuing my PhD in Art Education at Florida State University, and I’m using the Art Hub as a way to put into practice everything I am learning, especially when it comes to facilitating collaborative, community-based art making, teaching, and learning.
